Appointments and online booking

• Online bookings are requests and are subject to availability. We may contact you to confirm or reschedule.

• Arrival and completion times are estimates. Some repairs take longer than expected because of diagnosis, parts availability, or what we find once work begins.

Estimates and authorization

• Prices shown on our website or quoted by phone, text, or message are estimates only. Final pricing depends on your vehicle's actual condition.

• We will not perform work without your authorization. If we find additional work is needed, we will contact you for approval before going ahead.

Payment

Payment is due when your vehicle is picked up, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Warranty

Any warranty on parts or labor is described on your repair invoice. Information on our website does not create a separate warranty.
